Register of Interests
The Board of Trustees maintains a Register of Interests for Trustees and relevant staff. The register is reviewed and updated regularly and is held internally by the College and PACT Educational Trust Limited.
The Board has also adopted a published Conflict of Interest Policy, which sets out how actual, potential and perceived conflicts are identified, declared, recorded and managed. The policy reflects relevant charity and company law, Charity Commission guidance and the Seven Principles of Public Life (the Nolan Principles) as best practice.
