Fees
Additional Expenses
We aim to provide parents and guardians with clear and transparent information regarding school fees, ensuring that families can plan confidently for their child’s education.
While our school fees cover the core elements of education and school life, certain additional expenses are not included within the standard termly fees. These may include, but are not limited to:
-
School Lunches – Meals provided during the school day.
-
School Uniform – The purchase of required school uniform, sportswear and any additional items of school clothing.
-
External Examination Fees – Entry fees for examinations administered by external awarding bodies, where applicable.
-
Individual Music Tuition – Optional one-to-one instrumental or vocal lessons.
-
Educational Visits and School Trips – Certain excursions, residential visits and enrichment activities that take place beyond the normal school day or school premises.
We recognise that these additional costs are an important consideration for families. Wherever possible, we aim to communicate anticipated expenses clearly and in advance, allowing parents and guardians sufficient time to make the necessary arrangements.
For further information about what is included in our school fees, or to discuss any additional costs, please contact the school directly.
Scholarships, Bursaries and Discounts
We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to flourish in an environment where they feel supported, challenged and inspired to achieve their full potential.
We also recognise that choosing an independent education represents a significant financial commitment for families. To help support parents and guardians, the school offers a range of financial assistance opportunities, including sibling discounts, discretionary means-tested bursaries and scholarships.
Sibling Discounts
We are delighted to welcome siblings into our school community and recognise the financial commitment involved in educating more than one child.
To support families with multiple children attending the school, we offer the following sibling discount structure:
-
Second Child – 10% Discount: A 10% reduction in school fees for the second child.
-
Third Child – 15% Discount: A 15% reduction in school fees for the third child.
-
Fourth Child and Subsequent Children – 25% Discount: A 25% reduction in school fees for the fourth child and each additional child.
Each sibling discount applies exclusively to the individual child to whom it has been allocated and not to the combined school fees of the family. The discount remains applicable to that child’s school fees for the duration of their enrolment at the school.
For example, in a family with three children attending the school, the eldest child would pay the standard school fees, the second child would receive a 10% discount on their individual fees, and the third child would receive a 15% discount on their individual fees.
Sibling discounts are applied automatically to eligible fee accounts, and no separate application is required.
Our sibling discount scheme reflects our commitment to supporting families and enabling brothers and sisters to benefit from the same welcoming, supportive and enriching school environment.
Means-Tested Bursaries
We understand that investing in a child’s education is an important financial decision, and we are committed to considering ways in which we can support families who may require additional assistance.
The school may offer discretionary means-tested bursaries to families who would otherwise find it challenging to meet the full cost of school fees.
Bursaries are considered on an individual basis, taking into account the financial circumstances of the family and the information provided as part of the application process. The level of assistance, where awarded, is determined at the school’s discretion.
Families interested in applying for a bursary are encouraged to contact the school directly to discuss their circumstances and obtain further information about the application process.
All bursary awards are discretionary and subject to assessment and approval by the school. An application does not guarantee that financial assistance will be awarded.
Scholarships
We are committed to recognising, nurturing and celebrating the individual talents, achievements and potential of our pupils.
Scholarships may be offered to pupils who demonstrate exceptional ability, dedication or promise in one or more of the following areas:
-
Academic Scholarships – Recognising outstanding academic achievement, intellectual curiosity, a strong commitment to learning and exceptional academic potential.

The availability and nature of scholarships may vary, and awards are not guaranteed.
Parents and guardians wishing to explore scholarship opportunities are warmly encouraged to contact the school for further information.
Payment of School Fees
School fees are payable in full on or before the first day of each term, with payments collected by Direct Debit unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that the necessary payment arrangements are in place before the start of each term.
We appreciate that family circumstances can vary, and we encourage parents who wish to discuss alternative payment arrangements to contact the school as early as possible. Any alternative arrangements must be agreed with the school before the relevant payment due date.
Our aim is to maintain a clear, straightforward and transparent approach to fee payments, allowing families to plan effectively and focus on their child’s education and development.
